Hello, World!) Found interesting information about testing of 3G Internet speed. As competitors were:
-  People Net
- MTS "Connect"
- Utel
This test was held approximately a 1.5 year ago, so think the standards and speed of internet have not changed much. Motorola RAZR V3 was used as a modem.
The results of dowloading/uploading were:
- People Net: 304/216 kbps.
- MTS Connect: 1840/1680 kbps.
- Utel: 1210/321 kbps.

Today I will speak about the development of 3G internet in Ukraine. So let`s get it started!

Our country has a plenty of companies that suggest their services in providing users with 3G internet, but the most popular and developed are:

The history of 3G started since 2006 when company called PEOPLE Net started working using CDMA2000 standard. The service was expensive and worked only in small area of coverage (this was just a start, so there is no need to be surprised). Then MTS launched their own 3G network of СDMA-450 standard. But the main boom of 3G happened when Ukrtelecom started working as internet provider under the name "Utel". The service was relatively cheap, and then the company "transformed" itself into Ukrtelecom "OGO", that proposed first unlimited tariffs, but they were not so unlimited: there were traffic limits and the speed of internet connection depended on the direction of wind))) The one stable thing was and still exists is that you have to pay regularly. The connection is pretty fast at nights but during the day it is hardly possible to see web pages with pictures. 

If you want to have more or less normal speed, be ready to pay more than 120 hryvnias. Now, when we have more sophisticated websites and need faster internet connection 3G internet will be useful choice for cell phones, smartphones, pocket PCs and tablets.

Google supports mobile gadgets, especialy smartphones. Found interesting information about Google Mobile App. This is an application that allows users to perfom a lot of operations with Google with conveniency and easiness. For example a user can search some information in Google without using any stupid tiny mobile keyboard, just by saying your query to your phone. Also Google has a lot of other applications that can for example show the locations of your friends,watch video on YouTube, search pictures, like you can take a photo of some object and Google will recognize it search for it and give you results. They work on Android, Black Berry, iPhone, Nokia S60 and Windows.
